How do I book a ticket?

• To register for the tour, visit billetterie.elysee.fr. A QR code will give you access to the space.

Do I have to book tickets for children?

• Children accompanied by an adult are strongly advised to book a ticket online.

Can I present the ticket on my phone?

• You can display on your phone either the ticket sent by e-mail or the one downloaded from our online sales site.

Is it possible to enter the area multiple times in the same day with my ticket?

• No. You must arrive at the time of your reservation. In the event of late arrival, admission will be adapted for the number of people present.

I bought my ticket online; do I still have to wait in the line in case of a large influx of people?

• If you have booked your ticket online, you can benefit from priority access by presenting your reservation.

Can we get a ticket on the spot, in the site, without a reservation?

• No, obtaining a ticket on site depends on how busy the space is. If space is available, you can enter directly. However, we strongly recommend that you book in advance to guarantee access, especially during peak influx periods.

What happens if I arrive early or late according to my time slot?

• If you arrive outside your time slot, you will lose your reserved access. Your admission will therefore be adjusted according to the number of people present.
